Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

All customers agree to the following terms and conditions upon finalising their sale and prior to receiving their goods.

*Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping.
*Please note that refunds are not offered on sale items or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion, all discounted items are considered final sale.

*Kindly ensure the product is in the same condition as it was received, with accompanying tags.  

For returns, refunds and exchanges: 
1.⁠ ⁠Email rathika@rekkastore.com with your order number, within 14 working days of the date of delivery, indicating that you would like to return for a refund.
2.⁠ ⁠You will receive an email response with request and further instructions to return or exchange your item(s).
